i watched spider-man: into the spider-verse, ready to tell you gosh darn kids how much you over-hyped it no it was pretty good probably made me laugh more than any movie in a decade

I personally dig the aesthetic, but I can see how if you're used to seeing computer graphics running smooth as fresh butter, it just tricks your brain into thinking the film is having rendering issues and lagging, and that can be a distraction.
It's funny because I paused it during the first scene and had to google it to make sure I wasn't having a technical problem
