To game developers out there who work a lot with 2D animations: Do you have any tips for dealing with things like changing one little thing on a sprite that results in the arduous task of editing all the frames, resizing them, exporting back into the project, etc etc?
i mean the fitted-together pieces looks like marionettes. my turning animations look okay. just looking for ways to reduce total workload
