To game developers out there who work a lot with 2D animations: Do you have any tips for dealing with things like changing one little thing on a sprite that results in the arduous task of editing all the frames, resizing them, exporting back into the project, etc etc?

Yeah, sorry man, I think its just a matter of the arduous task of editing every frame. I'll ask around and see if anyone has solutions, but.. it miiight be worst case scenario here.
