To game developers out there who work a lot with 2D animations: Do you have any tips for dealing with things like changing one little thing on a sprite that results in the arduous task of editing all the frames, resizing them, exporting back into the project, etc etc?
I considered it, but my character will be turning and stuff, and those usually end up looking like marionettes. That's not a bad thing, but I'm not sure it's the style I want to go for at the moment. (But that could change)

When it's all said and done it shouldn't look any different since the pieces should be locked together as if it were a one piece sprite.
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Sounds like you need more different frames of characters turning. Bojack Horseman on Netflix does that pretty well.
