That's why I loved Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and 3, they went insane with the amount of characters they added.. although a lot of them were pretty samey.

Years ago I was told that there would be an arc where Raditz returned from “HIFL” and gained the SSJ level cause all he did was fight and train the whole time there , it wasn’t until later I learned that wasn’t true nor could it ever happen . It was a sad day
