I’ve seen so many kind wishes tonight on this website. Thank you - and I’m sorry I can’t reply to each of you. I’m honored by the President-elect’s confidence and will give my all to lead a talented and diverse team in a Biden-Harris WH.

Joe and Dr. Biden just called my dad's ICU to talk to the nurses for a half hour and thank them for everything they do. Empathy is back and boy do we all need it. Happy Thanksgiving

When Trump shattered the Blue Wall, pundits treated this with mystical reverence for years, as if his alleged grasp of Neglected Real America was a quasi-paranormal phenomenon. Will see see even a fraction of this doting on the flipping of this script?

Biden's Thanksgiving videos have literally millions of views. One of them currently has over 5 million. If you haven't figured it out by now: Donald Trump is a serial liar and not even a very good one. He just makes stuff up constantly. And his supporters simply don't care.

Millions of front line workers — like the firefighters and nurses I called today — worked away from their families on Thanksgiving. Our nation is grateful to all of you.

Biden’s relentless task has been to convince us that we are better. Remind us that we do best when we embrace the fullest definition of our values, rather than the narrowest possibility of them.

Jill and I were honored today to talk to some of the heroes on the front lines of this crisis. We’re thankful today and every day for the nurses and firefighters who sacrifice so much to keep our communities safe. We see the very best of America in your courage and selflessness.

On this Thanksgiving, I’m thankful that our next president unveiled a national security team full of highly competent professionals and devoid of unqualified businessmen, grifters, Twitter trolls, fanatics, sycophants, and relatives of the president.
