        Someone who works in logistics I'm glad to see a team coming in the White House that understands this principle. The Trump task force totally failed at addressing the PPE and resources supply chain and logistics challenges way back in January. Supply planning matters.

        I’m profoundly grateful to the scientists, healthcare workers and those in logistics. Thanks to them (and many others), 2021 will be a better year. “The Quartermaster” is an interesting read—it’s about the US Civil War’s Herculean logistics, as managed by Montgomery Meigs et al.
