Passing my Fourth Amendment is Not For Sale Act would make it harder for Republican states to persecute anyone seeking an abortion by weaponizing their personal information. This is must-pass legislation to protect Americans’ constitutional right to privacy.

This is something I'm trying to figure out - how will the government know about women having abortions - isn't this medical procedure covered by HIPAA?
