Passing my Fourth Amendment is Not For Sale Act would make it harder for Republican states to persecute anyone seeking an abortion by weaponizing their personal information. This is must-pass legislation to protect Americans’ constitutional right to privacy.

Kaiser Dental just asked me what my religious affiliation was. To get a dental appointment. Which has nothing to do with my teeth. I asked why they asked that. Response, "Don't know, it just got added to the form." Why do they want to add my religion to their data base?

Next, look at the 3rd party online verification. They're doing data mining - without telling customers, or asking permission. They ask customers to "verify" information that they have in their database from other sources. I assume so they can sell that info as verified.

I fully support the 4th amendment bill. I think it is 2-plus years late, only because the principals were in favor of breaching everyone's privacy (and happily) breached our privacy when it met THIER agenda. It's all so sad.
