Senator Wyden. Why is it that health care companies have to conform to HIPAA which includes fines and penalties, but companies that deal with personal information, take SSN, or financial data don't have any sort of requirements, fines or penalties for holding this information?

We also need protections for binding arbitration and EULAs. I think you're on the right track but it feels like when I have a dispute, I have no recourse to resolve a dispute.
