Its the s same at my job you will get fired for being conserative but they want to scream Diveristy. Right as long as you let ppl that don't belong here. I'm suppose to give up my benefits for ppl that overpopulate didn't do the work.

My guesses (not necessarily correct): They will keep you busy (or cripple/kill you) until you lose, then probably have you fired &/or killed. Do some personal polls, & if you are likely to win, take a sabbatical. If u lose then come back later with career & personal protection
