Also in San Francisco, if you fail to dispose of hazardous bio waste properly, you can be fined up to $10,000/Day. But if you are junkie receiving free syringes, you can throw away the blood-infected used syringes on the street, and we will spend $20MM/Yr to clean up after you.

I spent a week in San Diego. The trash from the homeless was overwhelming. Needles. Decaying food. Fecal matter abound! No solution for the poor on the streets. Yet praise the Lord there were no plastic straws to be found! Good job
