@reconmtl organizers told me today that they are waiting on speakers to provide consent to post their videos online, which they will eventually do all at once (rather than individually upon receiving consent)

Hi, I just wanted to comment about what you say that people usually don't read presentations. I think when I have to write slides I have the same "sin" of writing a lot on my slides, I think it's really important, usually I have more time for reading a pdf than watching a video->

Also I like to have presentations in my mobile phone to read them while I'm in the train, or bus. But usually a presentation is really short and only pictures, so finally you understand nothingh about what speaker wanted to say. So looking your slide I think is a good job. Thanks
