I can also see how the Right has us chasing shadows. From my historical perspective we lost our chance to make a stand in
#SCOTUS in November of 2010, 12,14 and 2016. Kavanaugh is a foregone conclusion.Our focus should be on getting our power back...win HofR now and WH in 2020 -
I agree we need to definitely keep working on getting our power back, but we can't set a precedent allowing this half ass non-transparent sham of a confirmation hearing to seat a Supreme Court Justice that could likely stay on the court until 2050. I'll be 79!
