@Mess_OfMe Yes: in writing, without slang, it's French. Spoken, w accents & dialects, native French ppl often can't understand for q awhile -
@katiedlm@Mess_OfMe our PM is very well read, and doesn't speak in full Quebecois dialect/accent. Unless he really wants to, of course.
