Why doesn't the Lelantine War get any attention? It's the only significant multi-polis Greek conflict between the Trojan War and the Persian War, and virtually zip is written about it. Just a general complaint to the universe ;)

I just read a scholarly article about this war the other day as it is a critical benchmark some ancients (Ephorus I think) used to date Hesiod.
