Currently, public sub counts are abbreviated in most but not all places across YouTube. In August, we’ll make this more consistent by always showing abbreviated sub counts publicly. Creators: You’ll still see your full sub count in Studio! Learn more → http://yt.be/help/abbrev-count …pic.twitter.com/pmaKk4EU4k

This is just annoying I’d rather see the number physically go up and down rather than going to a COMPLETELY different website or forum just to look at said number. Maybe instead of doing this to EVERYONE you can do it as an optional thing? I’d rather see the numbers, thanks.

You'll still be able to se your exact sub count directly in YouTube Studio. Because this will apply to everyone, we wanted to give you plenty of time to prepare–this won't take place until August!

Yeah apart from hardly any of us content creators use the YT studio beta because it a mess & no one likes it and prefers using the old creator dashboard. This is a pointless change so rather than making this change to the sub count.

Also I’m a small YT content creator and I know YT doesn’t care What I have to say & I know YT doesn’t actually care about any of there creators big or small & just cares about money & making YT into the next Netflix like thing.

But YT you should start listening to us content creators, the viewers and the subscribers and fix the platform before it goes more down hill than it already has & before we all leave the platform When a better platform is created.
