We're currently working to resolve the issue with GTA Online profile migration for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S where those migrating from PS4 or Xbox One are currently blocked due to previously migrating those accounts to PC, and will update everyone once this is working as intended.

Please note that GTA Online profiles on PC cannot be migrated to PS5 or Xbox Series X|S.

Why is the migration screen showing me a very old online character that I haven’t used since 2016 despite me only having one character on my social club account that I last used in 2019 which is the one that I’m trying to migrate over. Please help.

My account is a week old I downloaded gta on my series s but when I try to transfer it to the new version it pops up that I’m not eligible I’ve done nothing but grind not glitches or exploits
