Those who've pre-ordered #GTAV on PSN will be able to preload the game as follows: Sunday 3pm BST in Europe; Monday 3am EST in the US

@PSNation@RockstarGames@PlayStation TLOU didn't preload. You could start playing when you downloaded around 68% of the game. -
@RockstarGames wait, so US CAN preload? Or do you mean 3 am Monday EST, as in midnight the 16th/17th? -
