    I don’t have anything insightful to say about Anthony Bourdain other than it’s really sad news. I baked a lot when I went through a period of depression some time back. It helped. Baking today helped, too.

    While I am interested in the new BLS contingent worker/alternative employment arrangement data, it is a limitation that the measures only apply to a person's "sole or main job". We still have an incomplete window on people who do contingent/contract work as a secondary activity.
