I am not actually sure I can paint someone else's nails without it looking like a crime scene, but I have all the stuff and I can do the hologram part of it (it's black polish with hologram dust brushed over it).

SHINY! I like! May I recommend ILNP? They have duochromes, holographics, glitters, and combo platters of all those things. I love them. Their polishes also last ALMOST forever on your toes if you put 2-3 coats on.
