I hear the same in district after district. Grassroots was on fire, but can only do so much running on fumes. Funders don't fund as needed.

In 2016, Koch bros *alone* funded infrastructure/downballot for almost $1 BILLION. Indivisibles? Still around $2 million. Mostly grassroots.
