The fake Copyright Block got released shortly after I contacted @TeamYouTube
Not sure if it was their intervention that got it lifted but I just got an email saying it was no longer blocked.pic.twitter.com/AWbSRGKR5r

Companies/people should be punished by YouTube for filing disputes they then drop. Im not talking a slap on the wrist im talking $$. Especially when its done strategically to dry up revenue during that critical first day.
How about a strike system? If the Tuber gets three strikes before termination, then so should the striker. First Strike is a warning, Second Strike is a 30 day suspension from filing claim or strikes, and Third Strike is full termination of claim/strike rights for the striker.pic.twitter.com/2r2F6SCS1R
This would finally put a stop to claims/strikes over stupid things, and keep actual copyrighted material protected.
That would be fine for the big corps but would do nothing for the trolls who would just make fake accounts. My thinking is that if you want to submit a strike you have to put up money which is scaled to how big you channel is. for example Disney would have to put up 10K. 1/?
