The good ol’ days when, regardless of what political side one was on, we had decent and honorable men, who genuinely supported the Constitution.
Any congress person or legislator who votes for open carry should have to face victim impact statements.
The founding fathers feared a standing army and wanted state militias who would be called upon by the federal government. After the war of 1812, we realized the limit of state run militias and we created a federal army.
