    Our team at , the amazing animal rescue & spay/neuter organizations, and our City Council have done great work. But we’re not done - we have a lot more work to do, and we won’t stop until every possible life is saved. Every animal life is precious.

    In 2013, the year before I was elected, we were euthanizing over 4,000 animals a year at our shelter. This last year we euthanized 1,065 animals at the shelter and made progress every single year.

    The President calling our own FBI an embarrassment to our country is what’s actually embarrassing.

    So sad that the Department of “Justice” and the FBI are slow walking, or even not giving, the unredacted documents requested by Congress. An embarrassment to our country!
