"This is the time of the deepest joy..." She added a P.S. "How embarrassing it will be and depressing if the Lord works a miracle, and I don't die after all!" Returning to her monastery this month I was happy to pray at her grave.

That pretty letter works for me too. I am remembering my friend who would have his birthday today and he also died 4 years ago. What a coincidence

Love to see a movement start wherein artists deem Sister Wendy Beckett their patron and prayers are written for her intercession. I don’t know how sainthood comes to be, but I think it’s worth a try.
