Francis is a rare gift. I don’t know that I know of any other world leader - ever in history - who has challenged privilege and spoken for the poor with such clarity and freedom.

Wonder if Pope Francis would call Senator Manchin and tell him "it's easier to guide a camel through the eye of a needle than it is for for a wealthy man to enter the kingdom of God" and to be a good Catholic and vote to feed the hungry and provide shelter for the poor.

all good except "unilateral sanctions against any country... must be resolved in multilateral fora such as the United Nations" which presupposes falsely that..
