Madeleine Delbrel, who died Oct 13 1964, is one of the great spiritual teachers of the twentieth century—like Dorothy Day, a true saint for our time. She embodied the spirit of ’s Fratelli Tutti—a life of encounter, solidarity, mercy, and “ordinary” holiness.
