Is that actually so? While I see your broader point, haven't they spoken out against the use of the death penalty in very similar terms?

SCOTUS has a GOP majority. So why are they complaining about Biden rather than bringing a case to SCOTUS that could flip R v W? Does even understand how this works, or are they so used to political posturing that they’ve lost the plot?
