VP: “Is there a particular recommended dress code for visiting the detainees?”
Border Patrol: “Sir, you can’t go wrong with tan slacks and blue blazers.”
VP: “They all seem to be shouting in a foreign language. Is that typical behavior? Can they see and hear us?”
Border Patrol: “They are very excited to see so many visitors. But best not to make any sudden movements or reach into the cages or make direct eye contact.”
