I fully support pope Francis but I am not writing or signing petition about cardinal Mueller's latest statement.
On the other hand, I am curious to see if the CDF is going to do or say anything, given that Mueller's move is an attack against pope Francis but also against the CDF

Not sure intended as an “attack” on Pope, but by simply restating items from Catechism it supports narrative that Francis is sowing confusion, ie, failing in his primary mission, that he needs some kind of auxiliary—esp: that he should have retained the service of Mueller at CDF!
Are you thinking that the Catechism is the be all and end all of Catholic belief/teaching? Or, are you thinking that the Pope is limited to sounding like the Catechism? If that’s the case, then we don’t need a Pope, just a Catechist-in-Chief.
