If I could have any superpower it would be perfect control of attention.
It takes a lot of effort to consistently focus the laser beam, and doubly so when there’s too much context switching!

One thing about being on the spectrum is that focus is relatively easier. I've always kind of felt like extreme focus was my one true skill.

Yes, you have argued before that the bottleneck for our efficiency is getting things out of our brain fast. We can take info in by reading it pretty quickly, but using our thumbs on the phone to formulate a response is much slower.
