I learned some new things about Eleventy from the release day post https://robbowen.digital/wrote-about/launch-day/ … that surprised me. I hadn't realised that Eleventy processes the same file multiple time (based on the config order). Had seen the config parameters, but thought that it only does it once.

I don’t think this is _quite_ accurate. Markdown files can be optionally preprocessed by one other template language. The default is liquid, markdown. See the blue note on top ofhttps://www.11ty.dev/docs/languages/markdown/ …
