No, it was reviewed and the catch and fumble was upheld. it was changed to an interception like 20 minutes later. No idea how that happens

I'm assuming it just sounded like it was changed 20 minutes later because that's when the moron announcers finally mentioned it or realized it themselves. NFL is not like MLB though. They can't/don't go back and retroactively change a call like that in the box score.

Wrong. Vigil never got his left hand between Njoku's right hand and the ball. He gets his hand/arm underneath Njoku's forearm. Njoku's right hand never "separates" from the ball after the initial bobble. In fact it never moves at all.

Agree but Njoku needs to hold onto the ball tighter.

Dude never has a clean catch. He bobbles everything.

If he didn't secure the catch, then it wasn't a live ball. It would've been an incomplete pass. It was neither an interception or a fumble. It was a catch, down by contact at that spot. Officiating this game isn't hard. The zebras just make it that way.

It can't be an incomplete pass because the ball never touched the ground. I agree with that part. However, Njoku clearly secures the ball in the air, and then he lands on his back, down. Njoku was laying on the turf when the defender ripped the ball away.

Even if it is a fumble/ interception. The defender is clearly down by contact, yet the refs also gave them the return if I remember correctly. None of it makes sense

It’s that right hand coming off the ball and ending up over the defenders, I’m guessing.

Zoom in. The defender's hand never gets underneath Njoku's hand. Their arms get tangled up and he gets his hand between Njoku's arm and the ball, but after that initial bobble, neither of Njoku's hands come off the ball.
