    For those of you that like your whisky, is a must-follow for her tour of whisky in the month of December (She's a good follow for organizational economics insights as well!)

    Day 15 is another Dailuaine, this time a 15yo from 2005 from the Old Particular folks - drawn from a single sherry butt (cask 13904) that yielded 444 bottles. Coming in at 48.4%, it is a tasty whisky that isn't complex but does the job on a Wednesday.

    3.6 million more Americans are out of the labor force & say they don't want a job compared to 2 years ago. Fewer young people are in that category. Older Americans (55+) account for 90% of rise. Baby Boomers accelerated their retirements. Some will come back, but only some.

    Exposure to diversity weakens ethnic stereotypes. The effect works for countries & states, plus for students at universities. Example: in Iowa, ethnic groups are viewed as different from each other, while in Hawaii, a diverse state, most ethnic groups are thought of as similar.
