Copyright owners can use a system called Content ID to easily identify and manage their content on YouTube. Videos uploaded to YouTube (private or public) are scanned against a database of files that have been submitted to us by content owners. More info: https://goo.gl/Vf3DJN

We need a way to get damages from those copyright claimers for trespassing into our videos, usually as background noice/noixe pollution.

Just think, you walk past a shop while vlogging and you get a copyright claim. Because of music played in that shop. God verbid somebody goes nuts over their face on youtube without consent and files a portrait right claim.
