When most of the politicians are paid off by the pharmaceutical industry, they aren’t going to want to do the right thing. They’d rather allow them to make money and imprison people for non crimes.
Marijuana is legal in 11 states and Washington D.C. Most Americans support legalization regardless of political party. How is this common sense policy to reduce mass incarceration and end the war on drugs not included in the Democratic Party platform?
