Wellnow, I agree SOMEone should project that message. But the US??? On every one of those crucial points, the US would simply be a brazen hypocrite.

We have long been brazen hypocrites, as the world’s police. Our intentions have never been altruistic but economic. We have toppled governments and run roughshod over countries for our own interests. We have absolutely no right to shake our finger at anyone.

That would be great, but as you well know we currently have many of the same problems here at home. We have fallen far from the high road from which we might have been able to call out other countries for their behavior. Instead, we insult our friends and allies.

Are you saying US govt. should meddle in Brazil country election? How about we leave a choice of Brazilian leader to Brazil people and back off for once. This, or stop crying when other countries meddle with US elections.

Liberals Bitch about so called election interference Want to literally punish a country for allowing to do what democracy allows them to do and elect a new leader due to the endless corruption in Brazil. Nice

I don’t think you’ll have much success with this request. Trump embraces the very same conduct you reject; He’s trying to turn America into an authoritarian nation. I’m hoping a blue wave will stop him in his tracks, because Republicans seem perfectly willing to let it happen.

How about paying attention to the fact that you belong to a party which openly advocates for the destruction of Free Speech and Freedom of Religion. Then get back to be about the "Rise of Authoritarianism."

It's a nice jesture, but the United States has no right to interfere with another country's elections. Just like other countries have no right to interfere in US elections.

It feels a little late for that... I think Bolsonaro is desperately trying to prove himself to the other fascists amid this global reactionary insurgence

Shouldn’t you be worried about the tent cities, poop maps, violent public transit and wading through dirty needles on the sidewalk. Let Brazilians worry about Brazil.
