@realDonaldTrumu @SecAzar I agree with @RepRoKhanna on this issue Drug prices are too high including Insulin I have used for many years. Medicare, VA & other should negotiate as a block & should allow foreign drugs if certified. Why r drugs more expensive in US?

No, here’s a better idea. If a corporation actively works to thwart the will of the people as they did with taking way Medicare’s right to negotiate prices, they should have their corporate charter revoked. Atm, we are playing Whack-A-Mole with corporate abuses.

Prices cost what the market will bear. When you make the market the US government which has bottomless credit why would prices go down? They can pay more so they'll be charged more.

While I support your right to express your opinion- you are not entitled to your own facts. We have the highest drug and healthcare costs in the world. Could it be precisely because of what
@RoKhanna mentioned... which (w exception to Medicare for all) Trump has agreed with? -
Affordable care is illegal to sell so the only legal care is unaffordable. How many years should it take to train someone to run a simple test for strep throat? In the United States it takes about a decade. We have expensive care because we make care artificially scarce.

Paramedics, nurse practioners, any attempt to augment the supply of medical care has been met with criticism. Doctors don't want non doctors lowering their wages. You see the same thing in oral Healthcare.pic.twitter.com/6kikgCi4Q1

The whole thing is a for-profit Business that’s the whole point. Medicare for All advocates don’t thing fee for service is a good system. It pushes prices up for everyone.
-
Why is growing life giving food for profit ok but life saving care bad? Or is growing food for a profit bad too?
-
Maybe you should study the difference between corporate fascism (our current system) and a free market .... seems like you don’t have a good grasp.
-
Your definition of a free market is a state run monopsony?
