Few years back, an 18-something yo misbehaved with me in a shop. When I confronted him, he apologized and said he was feeling "unwell" as his sister had passed away few months ago. So I let it be. To this day, I cannot forgive myself for letting it go.

May I know the data that you are referring to? Because as far as I know, currently there are a number of diseases and other ailments like PCOS which tends to make period cycle, worse. So your argument of "mild nuisance", I'm not sure how well that's going to fare.

It would be very helpful for advocates and also reporters if all courtrooms break for lunch at the same time. Most rooms break for lunch at 1 pm, a few at 1:30 and the others sit through it! I can't even imagine how hard it must for those lawyers who are physically present!
