No thanks. People throwing milkshakes are throwing milkshakes because they embarrass not injure. People seeking to injure others have completely different motives and should be judged accordingly.

At the very least milkshaking causes a financial injury. Additionally motive is not an element of assault or battery. You either do it or you don’t.
