And Mark Janus's voice is bought and paid for by special interests out to destroy unions. He's also a freeloader!

The union's voice is not his voice. The union's fight is not his fight. But the union's benefits sure as hell are his benefits. If this is successful, he'll be lowering the working standards of himself and all other state workers. This guy is a total moron.

Time to end #BigLabor Dominance in America. Enough is enough. Make public workers great again, stop abuse of taxpayer dollars.

Actually, making public workers great again would entail strengthening unions, not weakening them. Without them, kiss the 40 hour work week goodbye, as well as overtime pay, vacation pay, sick leave, pension, healthcare, etc. The dues are a small price to pay for the benefits.

A growing cohort of workers emphatically disagree with you. Besides, @righttowork is good for unions, in that they have to compete for their workers' enrollment rather than just getting it automatically by force.pic.twitter.com/A9rUV2ivIi

Do you realize that's about religious freedom, and not union membership? Unions didn't even exist then. Without unions, we wouldn't have any of the worker's rights & protections we have now. I bet every NRA member doesn't agree with every politician's campaign the NRA funds.

It also includes worker freedom. Labor unions have been forcing people to join and thus pay for their political speech, even if the members oppose the unions' political views. I am stunned that I have to explain this to you. BTW--people do not have to join the NRA.

People don't have to join unions either. Millions don't. They have to join if they want the benefits, just like other organizations. Majority of dues do NOT go to lobbying. The only political views unions have are Pro-labor. Not their fault GOP is anti-labor.

WRONG! And ... many unions take dues from workers who do not join. They are either forced to join and pay dues, or just forced to pay dues. Either way, these are egregious violations of Americans' natural rights.

Then they should just leave the union and work somewhere else. Again, the majority of the dues pay for operational costs of the union. The representatives don't work for free. You sound like you've never been in a union. But if you want to work for lower benefits, have at it.
