If this turns out to be correct, and so many In our nursing homes and elderly are dying unnecessarily, there should be hell to pay by someone. I fear until there is results from a double blind randomized trial, these results will be sadly ignored.

As they mostly should be. Without a RCT, and a comparison control group, most data is meaningless, especially since we can do RCTs.

Here’s the problem with this. The AAPS is a political organization. That doesn’t mean they’re wrong. I happen to think HCQ probably works if given early. But I wouldn’t put any stock in what a political org says, right or left.
