They should not shut down the entire lane for a Bus, they should prioritize bus access. The shut down of lanes clogs volume over an extended areas and this contributes to clogs in other locations.

It would help if traffic wasn’t so bad and delivery trucks weren’t double parked all over the place. That turn some streets with multiple lanes into one lane because they double park on both sides. Make them foible park on one side at least.
