    The universe is basically an animal. It grazes on the ordinary. It creates infinite idiots just to eat them. Smart people get a chance to climb on top, take reality for a ride, but it will never stop trying to throw you and eventually it will, there’s no other way off.

    Sometimes the good guys win and sometimes the bad guys win, so if you have to choose which to be, you should choose to be good, for like attracts like, and so if you choose to be good, you will depend only on the virtuous rather than the despicable when amongst friends.

    If maximum strength is your main goal, eat all the damn carbs! Anyone who claims that you don't need carbs for maximum strength is mistaken or lying. Also, anyone who says you can't build any strength without carbs is mistaken or lying.

    Taking a mere 3300 IU of vitamin D for a year resulted in a 25% increase in total testosterone, and nearly the same for free T. Can any "booster" match that, and be as safe and cheap? Seems doubtful.
