Yes, a best-of-3 with two of the games as a double-header. Done in 2 days, and things keep rolling in post-season. Division champions get a day or two more rest; teams work harder to avoid wild-card.
Too much hype for MLB wild card berths. A one game playoff is insufficient. Make it a best of 3 series, then the winner plays a best 5 series leading to a best of 7 ALS/NLS championship finals. It would create greater fan interest, more revenue and a better WorldSeries. #MLB
