Hard to imagine it’s that difficult to find beer in Chatham-Kent right now, But if you want to add more places to buy it, go for it. Very few people care. But many many do care if you waste a billion dollars to break a contract to achieve this pitiful goal.
People in Chatham-Kent Leamington & in towns across Ontario should have the convenience of buying beer at their local store. Purchasing these products more conveniently is one thing but remember to drink responsibly. #onpoli

You do realize that distribution costs will rise which will be passed on 2 consumers. Who is going to ensure freshness? Have you ever been in the back room of these stores? Where are they going to keep the stock? How many brands do you think they can realistically carry?

This truly is not a priority for CKL. Instead of pushing this, why not advocate for more money for public health, education, legal aid, mental health, flood control or any of the other more important public services that serve residents of CKL?

Making it easier and more convenient to purchase liquor and beer is not the solution to anything. Surly you must realize the problem we are currently facing with our youth and alcohol, drinking and driving. Why is this government so infatuated with beer and liquor?
