Holy shit, he's a child, and he ruined 4 lives last night. He will never be the same that's certain, and that's unfortunate. I know it's his fault, but I can mourn the deaths, the injuries, and the self inflicted repercussions.

Any clue why he shot the maroon shirt guy in the head? The video that captured it seems to indicate he wasn't that close to him? Obviously that incident caused the escalation and later shootings.
