The SF Dept of Elections uses a formula/table to calculate when a recall election can happen. It’s based on when the petition signatures are submitted/validated, then how far away from a regularly scheduled election would the proposed date be. In @chesaboudin case it’s Jun 7 2022

Not possible at all. BoE signatures submitted in Sept., Chesa signatures Oct 22 and calculated date could have been late March or April but it was within the window to June . Cant reduce days backwards .

need to reduce costs of elections, so that cost isn't an argument anymore as to why not to have a recall. What the state spent on Gov recall was obscene. We gotta require and expect more from our government.
