    Esper failed to implement U.S. policy on a number of occasions. I know this first hand. He’s the last person to talk about undermining a President’s policy. Besides, the President can’t undermine his own policy - it would be called an adjustment.

    I strongly disagree. It was the way we got out at the end. We can respond to direct and immediate threats to U.S. national security without having a massive number of Americans patrolling inside Afghanistan.
